The Crus have been chosen amongst the most reputed Domains of Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, l’Yonne and the Côte Chalonnaise. Also on the list there are delicacies from Champagne, Côte du Rhône, Bordeaux as well as other regions of France.

David Gomes, at the service of Château de Vault de Lugny since 2006, holder of the “Best Apprentice of Yonne” title in 2002 and a career start in restaurants in the Bourgogne region, trained as a barman under Fernando Castellon in Lyon, expert and author of the Larousse of Cocktails. Today, he is the Director of the Restaurant.
