In the service of the Château de Vault de Lugny since 2006, after a title of the best apprentice of the river Yonne in 2002 and an early career promise in restaurants, Burgundy, David Gomes has conducted a training for bartender with Fernando Castellon in Lyon, expert and author of the Dictionary of Cocktails.
